In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the number and size ofthe emerging rural continue to expand, rural of industrial structure has undergonemajor adjustments,caused by the original with better self-purification capacity ofnatural ecosystems has been severely damaged, deteriorating environmental problems,especially aquatic of environment is rapidly deteriorating trend.Northern China, due to natural conditions, relatively dry climate, the rainfall isrelatively less, the dilution effect of the surface runoff of sewage is relatively weak,very serious water shortages. And seasonal temperature, with hot summers and coldwinters when the temperature dropped below zero. Coupled with the many waterbodies due to the emerging village sewage directly into the serious pollution, the lossof its function as water use, water shortage problem has become more prominent.Therefore, the requirements of the northern sewage treatment process is relativelyhigh, to adapt to a wide range temperature, or water treatment setup need to take thenecessary temperature control measures.Northen developped rural sewage, including feces and the rinse water, kitchen andcooking water, bathing wastewater. Nitrogen, high phosphorus content, andbiodegradability. Need to consider emerging towns and villages of sewage breedingfaeces wastewater, resulting in high COD and high nitrogen. According to the survey,breeding a cow to produce and sewage discharged more than22personal waste water,wastewater produced by breeding a pig quite seven personal of the wastewatergenerated.ABR technology has merit of low energy consumption; strong ability to adapt tothe water quality; can get rid of the high COD of sewage; adapt to a wide temperature range, between10℃-55℃in winter with appropriate temperature control measures,can be well adapted to the northern winter climate and environment, to maintain thestability of the treatment effect. In the parameterdetermination, good laboratory handling, test pilot in the Bei Longkou test base in thedetection of COD, ammonia and other indicators to achieve the desired results.The laboratory test, the preparation of wastewater COD concentration of about1500mg/L, ammonia, about80mg/L, changing the water load, I choose differentcontinuous hydraulic retention time,20h、16h、12h、8h、4h、3h、2h,and then byexperiment, we are certained that hydraulic retention time(HRT) of ABR-BCOreactor is4h; change the proportion of the anaerobic phase and aerobic stage which Ichose2:1,1:1,2:1,then determine the best mode of operation1:1; change nitrate refluxratio from100%,150%,200%,then determine the optimal reflux ratio of150%.The Bei Longkou Village in a pilot part of the influent concentration, because thereason of the season, the influent COD fluctuations between the300mg/L-800mg/Linfluent ammonia concentration fluctuations between the80mg/L-120mg/L. Afterprocessing, sewage is good. Set up buried intensive water purification tank, windautomatic aeration system, reduce the energy consumption of aerobic processes.A series of tests prove:Anaerobic Baffled Reactor-biological contact oxidation is agood process in the new rural north sewage treatment.
