LAS expansion glass-ceramic, high temperature resistance, excellent thermal shock properties, has been the concern of foreign materials scientists, this paper LAS system by changing the basis of glass-composition, the use of DAT, XRD, SEM and other microscopic structure of the test method to study its composition, heat treatment system, microstructure and properties of the linkages between the four, through the experiments reasonable composition and heat treatment system, prepared with a low coefficient of thermal expansion glass-ceramic lithium aluminum-silicon system.Experiments using molten, LAS system prepared by a lithium-based glass-ceramic, and work through the two-step preparation of a low thermal expansion coefficient of the transparent glass-ceramic. The results showed that the heat treatment process through the development of rational and the introduction of fluoride, making the basis of the glass-melting temperature and crystallization temperature of the system has significantly reduced, and promote the crystallization process of glass-ceramic, experiments obtained with the main phase of LixAlxSi1-xO2transparent glass-ceramic, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good transmittance, to achieve the requirements of this experiments.
