In this paper, the molecular mechanisms about separate andcombination toxicity of1,2,4TCB, copper, lead on Eisenia fetida werestudied. Content and results were as follows:The values of Median Lethal Dose (LD50) and weight inhibitionrates were determined with filter paper method and natural soil method.Filter paper test: under the separate pollution, the LD50values of1,2,4TCB, Cu, Pb was66.696,3.557,10.595g/cm2after exposure48hours. The toxicity of the three contaminants was Cu>Pb>1,2,4TCB.Natrual soil test: under the separate pollution, the LD50values of1,2,4TCB, Cu, Pb was511.875,1047.63,1237.620mg/kg after exposure14days. The toxicity of the three contaminants was1,2,4TCB>Cu>Pb.The experimental results showed that the greater concentration ofpollutants, the more significant of the inhibitory effect on earthworm weight. The value of heavy metal in earthworms was higher after theearthworm exposure the higher concentration, however, the higherconcentration, the lower BSAF.In the enzyme activity test: it showed that the activity of ACP wassignificantly higher after exposure1,2,4TCB and copper combinationpollution. The activity of ACP was increased by143.44%after2daysexposure to Cu(200)+1,2,4TCB(200). The ATPase activity wassignificantly (p<0.05) decreased by19.78%after14days exposure toCu(200)+1,2,4TCB(200). The GST activity was significantly decreasedby72.71%after2days exposure to Cu(25)+1,2,4TCB(200).1,2,4TCBand lead compound, the ACP activity was significantly activated. TheACP activity was increased by85.91%after14days exposure toPb(50)+1,2,4TCB(50). The ATPase activity was significantly (p<0.01)reduced by50.73%after14days exposure to Pb(400)+1,2,4TCB(400).The GST activity was decreased by63.70%after7days exposure toPb(50)+1,2,4TCB(50).The lysosomal was suffered the most significant damage after14days exposure to Cu(200)+1,2,4TCB(200), and the NRRT was decreasedby53.35%. The lysosomal was suffered the most significant damage after14days exposure to Pb(400)+1,2,4TCB(400), and the NRRT wasdecreased by53.33%. The results showed that the damage on lysosomalmembrane was more serious after earthworm exposure combination pollution.
