This article discusses the current state and trend of trace element fertilizers ofchina, and developed preparation technology of a new type organic boron-basedwater-soluble fertilizer. Water-soluble organic boron fertilizer, Water-solubleorganic boron zinc fertilizer and Water-soluble organic boron magnesium fertilizerare prepared with a "one pot"method.The results show that:The optimum process of water-solubility organic boronfertilizer: n (triethanolamine): n (boric acid)=1:2,temperature is130℃,thereaction time is3h, the rotating speed is480r/min, the product carry out by Traceelements water soluble fertilizer standards(NY1428-2010):the content of boronis greater than120g/L, viscosity is600~650mPa·s, organic matter content isgreater than550g/L, solubility is greater than70g.The optimum process ofwater-solubility organic boron zinc fertilizer: temperature is130℃, the rotatingspeed is560r/min, the reaction time is3h, n (additives A): n (zinc sulfate)=1:2,n (triethanolamine): n (boric acid)=1:2. The product carry out by Trace elementswater soluble fertilizer standards(NY1428-2010):the total content of boron andzinc is greater than140g/L, viscosity is600~650mPa·s, organic matter content isgreater than350g/L, solubility is greater than75g.The optimum process ofwater-solubility organic boron magnesium fertilizer:temperature is130℃, therotating speed is560r/min, the reaction time is3h, n (additives A): n (zinc sulfate)=1:2, n (triethanolamine): n (boric acid)=1:2. The performance index of productas follows:the total content of boron and magnesium is greater than10g/L,viscosity is550~650mPa·s, organic matter content is greater than350g/L,solubility is greater than70g.
