Test system of multi-parameter for micromachining process is proposed to practise measurement in this paper. Based on the Test system, experiments are put in practice to analysis the relation between cutting force and other parameters and wear and breakage states of cutting tools.In this paper, the selection and design of the test system of multi-parameter for micromachining process have been done; with the concept of the test system is proposed. Visual Basic6.0is used to program to collect, deal with and to store the dates. Make use of the test system of multi-parameter for micromachining process, experiments are put in practice to analysis the relation between cutting force and other parameters such as spindle speed, axial depth of cut and feed rate,while the range of is obtained in the end. In the last of this paper, wear and breakage states of cutting tools is predict by a fuzzy method called Fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm,through the contrast of cutting force and tool vibration, and the prediction method is proved practicable.
