Firstly, Curdlan-N3, a bioactive polysaccharide with an azido at the chain end were synthesized by Hydroxyl activation, bromination and azide substitution this three organic reaction. The dissolubility has been improved. And then, PNIPAM-=were synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) using a-2chloro-isomethylacetic acid propargyl ester as the initiator, as dimethyl formamide solvent and CuCl/tris (2-dimethyl/aminoethyl) amine as catalyst. At last, a graft polymer of well-defined and relatively low polydispersity (PDI<1.35) were synthesized by "click chemistry" with dimethyl formamide and water as solvent and pentamethyl diethylenetriamine and CuBr as catalyst. The obtained polymers were characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR, GPC and etc measurements. The Lower Critical Solution Temperature (LCST)were tested at around33℃. |
