| At present, the more strongly the mining activities, the more seriously the miningecological environment, which bring about the kinds of environment questions andinflects on the mining productions and lives in mining areas. So monitoring themining ecological environment becomes the important tasks of mining ecologicalenvironment sustainable development.Vegetation is the important role of ecological environment, and has become thesignificant guiding role of monitoring the mining ecological environment. Thevegetation growing conditions affect the ecological environment status directly, andvegetation indices are the important indicators, so monitoring the vegetation indices isthe main task of monitoring the ecological environment. By inputting the kinds ofvegetation indices and the relational researches develop more deeply, monitoring theecological environment is developing quickly by applying the vegetation indices lawsin domestic and foreign. In order to monitor the ecological environment more exactly,the paper monitor the ecological environment by means of multiply vegetation indicesand multi-temporal remote sensing technologies, which affected by the miningactivities.The paper firstly preprocesses the SPOT images of Shanxi province in the2003-2007periods, and extracts the vegetation indices of NDVI, RVI, and DVI. Andthen monitors the surface deformation by D-InSAR in order to extract the miningareas more exactly, chooses the typical feature points and feature values; obtains thevegetation indices in the2003-2007periods; gets the vegetation indices changingcarvers by the circle fitter; the paper obtains the ecological environment changes bythe single curve analysis and comparing the multiply curves, because of the miningactivities influences,and finally in order to guide the corresponding measures ofrelated departments.The results show that since the impact of mining subsidence the changes ofvegetation indices of mining areas in recent years are as follows:(1) The vegetation indices of NDVI, RVI, DVI trends in mining areas arecorresponding with the seasonal changes of vegetation growth, the NDVI reachesmaximum in July and minimum in February, meeting the growth cycle of mining areas exactly.(2)By the impact of mining activities, the peaks of RVI and DVI have thetrends of delay comparing with non-subsidence.By the impact of mining subsidence, vegetation growth trend has been slightlynegative affections, since the annual temperature and phrenology are different, thevegetation maturation time has a slight delay, but significant seasonal change of thegrowth is not subject by the impact of mining, which suggests that the relevantdepartments must strengthen the ecological environment monitoring continually, andadopt the appropriate ecological environment measures.In this paper, combining the software architecture and programming principles,the research informs the above idea and informs into mining environmentalmonitoring system that can implement the actual mining production of miningenvironment monitoring, and ultimately achieve the real-time monitoring system ofmining environment. |
