Along with the rapid development of global industry (especially of the rapid developmentof the oil chemical industry), emissions of oily wastewater is growing up. And its pollution tothe environment is getting more and more serious. Oilfield produced water mainly comesfrom exploitation by the degassing which was produced liquid dehydration after treatment andthe separation wastewater. The characteristics of oilfield produced water are composed ofhigh temperature, high oil content, high salinity and high pH, and contains a lot of scaling ion,bacteria, low dissolved oxygen, certain amount’s emulsion breaker and high pollutionintensity. With the development of the China,More and more regulations become stricter forimproving of production process, for ruquirementing the quality of output and for dischargingintergrated wasterwater standard. The existing processing technology and equipment can’tmeet the requirements of the current oil wastewater treatment. And the most importantprocessing wastewater treatment is the choice of materials. Therefore,Seeking reasonableeconomy, processing power for high new materials is imperative.As a kind of adsorption materials, the application of the polystyrene in water treatment isplaced high expectations.However, its characteristics as an amphiphilic material limits theapplication for the oily wastewater treatment. The thesis modified001×7polystyrene cationicresin by all sorts of cationic surfactants and nana zero-valent iron in order to enhance theirlipophilic and hydrophobic. The resin modified by surfactant has adsorption, flocculation andcoalescence effect, and the resin loaded by nano zero-valent iron has adsorption anddegradation function. A new way for resin in the application of oily wastewater was openedup. Therefore, the objective of the thesis is trying to synthesizing a good flocculation effect,high adsorption performance, biodegradable, green environment protection and repeatablehanding the new oil wastewater treatment materials. Main findings are as follows:1Choice of the best of surfactant modified resinThis paper use CTAB, CTAC, CPB and CPC as modifier. Using the orthogonalexperimental method, the with the reactants ration, reaction temperature, reaction time,reaction solvent for influencing factors to determine the best modification conditions and bestsurfactant modified resin. The evaluation indexs are the grafted quantity and the removing oilefficiecy and the removing turbidity efficiecy of the simulated oil field produced water. Thestudy shows that the best surfactant modification order is CTAB>CPB>CTAC>CPC.2The preparation and characterization of modified resin by surfactant and nano zero-valent ironThe modified resin was prepared by all kinds of surface active agent and nano zero-valentiron, and the chemical and physical properties of modified resin were measured by FTIR, TGand SEM. Surfactant modified resin is made by ion exchange method and nano zero-valentiron loaded resin is made by liquid phase reduction method. After modification, lipophilic andhydrophobic of resin were enhanced. With the modified resin to treat oily wastewater, theremoval rate of oil and turbidity from oily wastewater was more than95%in the bestconditions.3The study of treating oily wastewater with R-CTAB and R-CPBThe thesis aims to treat the produced water from oilfields and the simulated oilfieldwastewater was prepared with steel rolling oily wastewater from Xiangtan Iron and SteelCompany. All the parameters of oil wastewater were determined according to the nationalstandard. The oil concentration of wastewater is far more than the discharging standards ofgovernment issued. We mainly select R-CTAB and R-CPB to treat oily wastewater. Theymainly use the coarse granular method to treat the oily wastewater. Discussing the influencesof the dosage of absorbent, column high, velocity, water concentration, pH of water on themand compared with the original resin under the same conditions. The experimental resultsshow that the characteristics of R-CTAB and R-CPB for simulated oil field produced watertreatment are composed of using less, a good processing effect and applicabling to differentconcentration of wastewater etc. The oil removing efficiency of R-CTAB and R-CPB for oilywastewater is all around10%than R-H. We study the mechanism of the surfactant modifiedresin in detail.4The study of nano zero-valent iron loaded resin to treat oily wastewaterWe mainly take static adsorption method to treat the oily wastewater with the newadsorption materials. The relationships between the rate of the removing oil and the amount ofadsorption absorbent, amount of time, temperature, pH, the concentration of wastewater werediscussed to optimize its conditions. As the same time, it was compared with the polystyrenecationic resin under the same times. We explored its mechanism of oily wastewater treatmentby using the pseudo-first order kinetic equation and the pseudo-second order kinetic equation.The results show that the traits of nano zero-valent iron loaded resin for oily wastewater areconsists of the oil removing efficiency is more than90%, the less amount, the applicabilityrage is wide and so on. It is accord with the pseudo-second order kinetic equation than thepseudo-first order kinetic equation.
