Research support technology of soft rock roadway of underground mine has importantpractical engineering value and theoretical significance. Based on the project of ShenhuaPinggou coal mine about roadway grouting supporting. This article used the method ofcombining the site investigation, theoretical analysis and the scene monitoring, studied thesoft rock tunnel grouting support technology.The application of grouting for underground coal mine soft rock roadway supporttake the initiative to maintain the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock comparedto the traditional support form. The serous spreaded in the surrounding rock throughfissures, and filled the fissures. The grout and the broken wall rock solidified into awhole, which can not only give full play to the supporting role of the surrounding rockitself, but also improve the strength of rock.This paper summarized the current soft roadway support technology, groutingtheory, grouting process,Grouting material properties,and comparison of theperformance of ordinary Portland cement and the refined grouting material, and thecoagulation time and solidification strength of grouting material in different ratio werestudied, concluded that the adaptability of grouting materials on the geologicalcondition is different; Familiar with the process of grouting design, and groutingparameters to be corrected by grouting test.According to the actual situation, design grouting way of the Shenhua Pinggoucoal1006transportation crossheading, and use shallow hole grouting and deep holegrouting to do the field test of grouting, after grouting, the breakage of the tunnel roofand two help get control, original broken roof is no longer fall. In addition, use theconvergence meter to measure the deformation of tunnel roof and two help, use ofdrilling peep and ultrasound machines completed the test of compaction rate of thesurrounding rock, comprehensively analyse the effects of grouting support, affirmedthat the use of grouting reinforcement scheme is feasible. Then in December2011,passed the Shenhua Wuhai energy Co., LTD of experts and leadership audit, andsuccessful acceptance of the project.Finally, analysis the technical feasibility and economical benefit of the coal minesoft rock tunnel grouting support, and make a conclusion.
