Amino-silicone oil with the excellent characteristics of softness,defoaming,bad hydrophility, glazing,lubrication and so on is widely used in the field of textile industry.With the develop of the fine chemical engineering,various of amino-silicone oil which was modified put on the market,amino-silicone oil has become the high-tech product in the field of textile industry.PU is a polymer compound with many repeated monomer which prepared by polyols and polyisocyanates.The blocked PU means protecting the isocyanate groups,when reach the certain temperature,the protected isocyanate groups were released and reacted on fabrica,which made the fabric of certain performance.In this paper,modified-aminosilicone was synthesized by this way:firstly,alkaline catalyst was applied to make D4and silane coupling agents take place bulk ring-opening polymerization so as to synthesize appropriative amino group silicone softener.Secondly,use the polyether groups and the isocyanate groups to modify the amino-silicone oil.Finally,protectthe isocyanate groups.The influences of conditions on the performance of modified-aminosilicone oil were discussed, such as the conditions of modification process factor,etc.The optimal process conditons were optimized:polyether modified agent is28-32%(relative the amino silicone oil quality), reaction temperature of75-85℃, reaction time is3-4h; isocyanate grafted rate is65-75%(relative the amino content in amino silicone oil), reaction temperature of55-70℃, reaction time is2-4h; residual isocyanate sealing end rate is65%, and the reaction temperature of0-5℃, the reaction time is2-3h.Analysis the Use the common amino-silicone oil and the modified amino-silicone oil by the infrared spectroscopic analysis, The result shows that the modified amino-silicone oil contains polyether groups and isocyanate groups.According to the TEM test about the after finishing fabric, the modified amino-silicone oil products and fabric were linked with film in the surface.Deal with the cashmere knit goods by the modified amino-silicone oil agent,the result shows:compared with the undigested fabric,the tenacity of the fibre which finished by the modified amino-silicone oil agent is improved;compared with the fabric which finished by the common soft finish,the softness and the pilling resistance grade of the fabric both improve two levels.The fabric which finished by the modified amino-silicone oil agent has the excellent washability and colour fastness to dry and wet crocking,shade very few changes,and the antistatic property of the fabric has improved.
