High-alumina fly ash is a new type of fly ash technical development. We can getamorphous SiO2at the same time, and then make a f urther processing into a activecalcium silicate or other silicon products, increasing the value of high-alumina fly ash.However, after t he pr ocess of be lt pr essure f ilter of a ctivity calcium s ilicatesuspension, the rate of the cake’s water is also as high as65%, the dehydration effectis poor.This issue m ainly researches on the ba sic ch aracteristics of act ivity cal ciumsilicate, a ccording t o t he bubbling e xperiment and permeable exp eriment of theprimary filter cloth, screening for the filter cloth with the filtration of activity calciumsilicate sus pension. Compressibility coefficient of t he material i s0.3by pr essurefiltration experiments of the a ctivity calcium si licate sus pension, mediumcompressible material, the f iltering operation pressure s hould not be t oo l arge. Inaddition, the cake thickness increases, making the cake moisture content increase.Therefore the concentration of material should not be too high.By adding the six kinds of surfactant pretreatment experiments, the results showthat the dehydration effect of the cationic surfactant FL04, applying to the activity ofcalcium silicate suspension to strengthen the dehydration. FL04Add experimentalresearch was carried out, and the selection of program optimization experiment toobtain a suitable surface active agent added. In order to reduce the cost of addingsurfactant, a supplementary surfactant process the filtrate loop operation was used.The results show that the mass fraction of5%of the surface active agent FL04, thefiltrate add1.5%FL04recycling technology, can achieve better dehydration effect.On this basis, the activity of calcium silicate filtration and separation process route,the moisture content of the cake in the process route of the proposed treatment can bereduced to54%, meeting the indicators of the activity of calcium silicate products.The results of this research provide a theoretical basis and experimental basis forthe industrial production of calcium silicate improved pressure filter technology.
