Heating furnace of Heating hot rolling line steel enterprises is the main energy-consumingequipment, its role is to wait for the cold rolling steel billet steel heating, makes it become themill can rolling hot steel billet, so as to let the rolling mill work better. On the quality control ofthe heating furnace and the control of heating furnace adopts the scheme of heating furnace ofsome production index is very important, these include: scrap rate, the yield of billet, billetquality and heating billet on fuel consumption and so on. Therefore, we selected the advancedcontrol strategies, careful study of heating furnace temperature optimization knowledge,improving the heating process is particularly necessary, the national energy-saving emissionreduction, reduce environmental pollution has played a certain role.Heating the billet is a large delay, strong coupling, nonlinear, multivariable, time-varying,big inertia of complex industrial process, and the heating process is restricted by many factors,such as: the measurement of billet temperature when encounter various difficulties, someunexpected environmental factors. In the traditional control method, ideal heating effect and theprobability is very small. Therefore, we according to the heating furnace ’s own characteristics,we should keep the temperature as the research object and the object of control. In this paper,aiming at the characteristics of heating furnace, introduces the optimum furnace temperatureand its strategies. This paper is structured as follows:(1) For reheating furnace production process and structural characteristics are introduced.Analysis of domestic and foreign temperature control present situation, proposed the problemsneeded to study.(2) Subject put forward two methods to construct temperature model, one is through theheat exchange mechanism modeling, another is through RBF neural network model for billettemperature prediction from.(3) Considering the objective function optimization complexity, in this paper selectsgenetic algorithm, finally obtains the steady-state temperature settings.(4) Due to the heating furnace with large inertia, large time delay characteristics, when thefurnace temperature fluctuates, if not timely temperature compensation, then discharging proneto scrap, so its dynamic optimization is particularly necessary, according to expert experienceand fuzzy control temperature dynamic compensation, obvious effect.
