| The improvement of the automation control level of coke oven machinery and equipment in the coking industry is important to the safe and reliable production.The main motion mechanical equipment includes four locomotive (coke pusher, coke barrier vehicle, coke quenching car and charging car), their mutual communication, positioning, chain, automatic travel, computer control coordination and a series of technical problems need further investigation. Due to the poor coking plant production conditions, there exists high temperature, dusty, interference, the vehicle’s frequent migration, technology requirements of the accurate positioning and other factors, it highlights the urgent need in automation technology.In this paper, discussion and research on two key technologies, the four locomotives positioning control system and chain control of the coke oven machinery and equipment, it have made some positive progress. Using Siemens touch screen as the host computer, it use WinCC Flexible software design the PC monitoring management interface, it is easy to view, record, control, management and operation; Using Siemens S7-400PLC as the next crew, it build a system based on Profibus-DP fieldbus. Program design achieves the four cart mutual chain, reflects the intelligence of system. Using wireless communication means to solve the information interaction problems between multiple moving objects and the management system of host computer, in order to realize the locomotive safety interlock. Using the reading code system and encoder for the locomotive positioning design, effectively solve the problem that locomotive positioning is not accurate.The practice shows that the positioning accuracy and the locomotive chain control guarantee the operability and reliability of the system in actual operation. It can achieve the positioning and chain control of the four locomotives, and on the basis of meeting the production process requirements, it has not only increased production efficiency, but also eliminate potential causes of accidents in the safe production, and obtain better application results. |
