Graphitization is the non-graphitic carbon above2000℃after treatment, The main physical changes is that plane reticular layers of carbon atoms, the purpose is to improve the heat and electricity conductivity of carbon materials; to improve thermal shock resistance and chemical stability of carbon materials; make carbon materials lubricity and antifriction, eliminate impurities, improve the purity of carbon materials.Based on existing production technology and market demand,drawing on a number of mature technology and successful experience domestic and international, propose three ac continuous graphitization furnace theory and design three ac continuous graphitization furnace, in order to be able to promote the graphitization of technological progress develop and provide sufficient high-quality, low-cost graphite for the market.Based on the experimental results, using FLUENT software for continuous graphitizating furnace furnace temperature field simulation. Through the simulation determine graphitization furnace and the graphitization area, And found the weak link.Through the experiment data collection simulation results and mutual correction. Verify the feasibility of the design analysis and improve the unreasonable part, perfect design theory and complete production equipment, process and operating plan.This paper mainly studies the work include the following items:(1) Further perfect continuous graphitization furnace design theory and the structure of furnace.(2) According to the plane furnace temperature field simulation results and analysis of2d intracranial temperature distribution, and the graphitization graphitization area, Compared to various mathematical models, optimize the structure of type furnace.(3) Based on industrial experiment within the furnace temperature and the weak points of the test result is more reasonable analysis, find out the working system, including the power supply system, the system of materials.
