Driving Forces Analysis And Land Use Changes In Yongji

Based on the analysis and summary of research trends domestid and overseas, directed by theory of sustainable development and systems dynamics, the condition on the natural and social economy development of Yongji city were studied. After holding the feature of lande use of Yongji city, problems exist in land use and land conservation in Yongji city were studied. This paper did analyses dynamic variation character of land ues in Yongji city,disclose the change rule of land use.It evalutated land use construction, analysed the factors which effect Yongji land use change.By quantitative and quailtative analysis of socioeconomic driving factors,it was revealed that population, economic development, urbanization, technology and policy were the main driving factors.This study Yongji County land use changes, designed to explore the rational allocation of land resources suitable for Yongji County regulation of regional contradictions among the people and land relations, to ensure the continued development of the county economy, in order to Yongji County’s land resources management and local economic development strategy and provide scientificbasis.The research methods used in this paper is through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of combining Yongji County land-use change data and socio-economic statistics, analysis of land use between2005and2010the number of land use structure, degree of land usedynamic characteristics, revealing the land use laws and the main driving force, its conclusions are as follows:Arable land declining trend, the average annual decline rate of0.77%; pastures, residential areas, industrial land, other land for construction of water conservancy facilities and traffic, garden, woodland showed a rapid upward trend, and the pasture increased rate of13.63%.the largest of all land use types, the rate of change.Land Use Change and rate R<0. Yongji County land use in an adjustment phase, land use changes of small magnitude lower trend. With the acceleration of the process of rapid economic development and urbanization, land use change in a new period of adjustment.The influence of the driving factors of Yongji County land use change in the socio-economic driving force. Population growth, economic development, urbanization level and the policy factor is the main external driving factors.
