| This paper uses Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County of ChongqingMunicipality area of soil manganese as the research object, and chooses thehyperaccumulator plant (Chenopodium ambrosioides L.) and enrichment plant (HerbaViolae Diffusae) has to single and interplanting mode and complementary with EDTAand citric acid plant biomass, study the chlorophyll content and organizations to theactual by heavy metal Mn, Cu and Cd composite soil pollution on the repair experiment.The results were as follows.Based on Single mode, chelating agent (EDTA and citric acid) were significantlypromote the biomass of plant growth, and to the two plants chlorophyll b synthesis haspromote role, and to have chlorophyll a inhibition; Citric acid to promote Herba ViolaeDiffusae soil Mn, Cu enrichment, but weakened on Cd enrichment; Citric acid reducesthe soil of Mn, Cd Chenopodium ambrosioides L. enrichment, increase theconcentration of Cu.Based on Interplanting mode and no reagent processing, the biomass of HerbaViolae Diffusae roots, stems, leaves reach a maximum average,at Chenopodiumambrosioides L.root.At4-7cm from the root of Herba Violae Diffusae away from theroots and shoots stem9cm outside the stem of Herba Violae Diffusae in chelating agentunder processing, the different parts of the organization by different degree of inhibit orstimulative effect. In3mmol/kgEDTA processing, The reagent enhanced enrichment ofMn form the leaves of Herba Violae Diffusae at the Chenopodium ambrosioides L. root;With25mmol/kgEDTA, It increased the concentration of Cu from Herba ViolaeDiffusae at Chenopodium ambrosioides L. root; In3,5and10mmol/kgEDTAprocessing, It decreased the enrichment of Cd from leaves,stem and upground of HerbaViolae Diffusae at Chenopodium ambrosioides L. root; In3mmol/kgEDTA processing,It enhanced the Mn enrichment from Herba Violae Diffusae at4-7cm from the root ofHerba Violae Diffusae; In3,5and10mmol/kg EDTA concentration processing,the stemand upground of Herba Violae Diffusae had the lower enrichment of Cu; In10mmol/kgEDTA processing,It increased on its Cd enrichment; In3mmol/kgEDTAprocessing, It enhanced the9cm away from outside of the Herba Violae Diffusae of Mnenrichment, in1,3and25mmol/kgEDTA processing,It reduced its stemã€leaves andupground enrichment of Cu, in1,3,10and25mmol/kgEDTA processing, It decreased its on Cd enrichment. In1,5,10and25mmol/kgEDTA processing, and it decreased thesoil to Mn concentration of Chenopodium ambrosioides L., in10mmol/kgEDTAprocessing, the enhance its enrichment of Cu, in1and3mmol/kgEDTA with, Thereagent decrease its on Cd enrichment. In the25mmol/kgEDTA processing, thesubjects and the root of Chenopodium ambrosioides L. showed obvious stimulativeeffect. In1mmol/kgEDTA processing, Herba Violae Diffusae and Chenopodiumambrosioides L. soil screen chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b is thetrend of ascent. |
