The Technology Research On Changping Mine Large Mining Height Fully Mechanized Mining Working Face Controling Coal Wall Caving

Large mining height fully mechanized mining technology has the advantages ofhigh production and high efficiency. But coal wall caving has become one of thedifficult problems of Large mining height fully mechanized mining technology, and itneeds to be solved. For this problem，the existing techniques of controling coal wallcaving have made some achievements,but the controlling coal wall caving measures offield application are too single,and result in the high cost or techniques of controlingcoal wall caving lack operability. Based on methods of theoretical analysis、numericalsimulation and field measurements, paper puts Changping mining as the specific objectof study，and studies the influencing factors and controlling techniques of coal wallcaving, and proposes schemes of controlling wall caving, and makes the industrial test.After Changping mining working face carrying out the scheme of controling coal wallcaving techniques, it greatly improves stability of working face coal wall, and greatlydecreases probability of coal wall caving, and obtaines good economic benefit.
