This thesis introduces the generation and development of the laser ladding technology.dwells on the state of investagation internal and abroad, discusses the matter existence and develop tendency. Through the actual expemining of on laser cladding distribution WC/Ni self-fluxing alloy of10%and20%two percent on45steel surface in the same time. After analyzing, the bases of the practice we conclude that:There are three layers from the basis to the surface:the basis, the transition and the cladding; The hardness of the cladding layer is larger than that of the basis. Therefore the surface capability of the material is improved;The coefficient of dilution is about five percent, satisfactory node come into being between the cladding layer and the basis; It is found that cracks of cladding layer is one of the main defects in the laser cladding of thick layer on the sealing surface of high parameter valve; Parameter of Arts and crafts’ for example laser power P, speed of scan v, amount of deliver-powder G, will effect the rate of dilute. The rate of dilute will accrete as the power of the laser does. The rate of dilute will accrete when the speed of scan does. But:ontinue do it the rate of dilute will diminish. The optimal rate of dilute has a relation of the scope of the scan speed. We can get the right rate of dilute when we adjust the speed of scan. The amount pf deliver-powder effect the rate of dilute very much. Accretion of the amount of deliver-powder wvill get the minish of the rate of dilute when the other parameters are right. For WC/Ni delivering power and cladding we can get a preferable rate of dilute when the power of laser is2kW, the speed of scan is4mm/S, the amount of deliver-powder is8g/min;The influences of laser cladding echnology and material of cladding layer on cracking behavior of cladding layer.
