Utilizing online electrical resistance measurements, inclusions of ZL106was detected in this article. The liquid aluminum with size, number were made on the basic theory of calculation and analysis. The effect of the process parameters and equipment parameters were discussed. The close relationship between inclusions content and gas content in liquid aluminium were discussed. namely, in four different density of liquid aluminum, inclusions content were detected with on-line electrical resistance measurements. And the effect of static process for refining effect were analyered. The results show that the size was evaluated by the amplitude of the electric current, and the quantity of the inclusions can also be evaluated by the current pulse’ frequency;Changing the ends voltage of the probes, there is no influence on the current pulse graphics, lower voltage the platform of the current curve graphics declines; Changing the test temperature, there is no influence on the current pulse graphics. Changing the detection probes aperture, and the difference between the resistance rate of detection system is great, the smaller the aperture, the greater the resistance rate;Changing the detection system pressure, the width of current pulse graphics were changed, the smaller the system pressure, the greater the current pulse width. There is a close relation ship between the Inclusion and gas, the more the content of inclusion in liquid aluminum, the higher gas content; the less the content of inclusion in liquid aluminum, the lower gas content. At the same time show that static process is important for the purification of liquid aluminium.
