Land Recovery Management Of Nature Reserve

With the impact of economic and tourism development,large number of visitors come to the Nature Reserve,more and more tourism service facilities were built in Nature Reserve.It brings lots of benefits,while at the same time it destructs the ecological environment,for example:sensitive species are dead,alien species invade,tourism causes air、water、solid waste pollution,and also the landscape is fractured by the service facilities.These destroyed the ecosystem of the Nature Reserve seriously.The deterioration of ecological environment happens in many Nature Reserves over the world,this subject absorbs widespread attention,and the restoration of damaged land has become research focus.This paper is on the basic of inter discipline of ecology、land management、nature conservation and other disciplines,from the angle of public management,discusses the aims、 principles、 procedures and work methods on the work of damaged land restorations.This paper studies on Changbai mountain Songhua river in Grand Canyon. The Changbai Mountain Area is an important Nature Reserve of our country, one of the5A level scenic spot.In recent years,the ecological environment are destroyed seriously,so,the Changbai Mountain Administrative Committee make a decision:to comprehensively manage this area.The project is includes moving out some business and service building,restore the land’s ecological system.In the process as a whole,the idea of public management has run through.It is proved that the restoration of Nature Reserve ecosystem is not only a technical work,but also a kines of management,the two should combine together,so that the Committee could achieve the desired effect.There are five chapters in this paper,the middle three are the most important.The second chapter introduces the practice and the development of ecosystem restoration. The third chapter discusses the effect of management when we put our hand to this work.From the standpoint of management,if we want to improve the efficiency of work and achieve the target,the basic thought of management should put as the guidance.The forth chapter proved the importance of management,it studies on Changbai Mountain Songhua River,Grand Cany on, With the guidance of management,restoration project would process in good order.This paper has an important significance on restoration of damaged land in Nature Reserve,both in theory and practice.
