| In recent years, the demand for laser printers is rising rapidly. As the printing supplies,the demand for printer rubber roller is also rising rapidly. There are still no the productioncapacity of the the developing roller and the charging roller with independent intellectualproperty rights in our country, these products are almost monopolized by Japan, causing thesituation of the printer is cheap and print supplies is expensive. The main material for therubber roller is epichlorohydrin rubber currently,there are some shortcoming ofepichlorohydrin rubber:high price, high processing temperatures and so on.The developingroller and the charging roller have and huge impact on prints quality and stability.They willgenerate static electricity in working time, and electrostatic accumulation will affect printingperformance and service life.So the research of conductive rubber material for printer rubberroller,the optimization of formula for the onductive rubber material,reduce the cost of rubberroller and Improve the profits of rubber roller have a huge impact on printer market.In this paper, we adopt natural rubber (NR), nitrile rubber (NBR) as the main basematerial.We research the influencing factors for the property of the conductive rubber materialproperty by the test of mechanical properties and conductive properties.Researche theinfluence of blending with ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) and styrene-butadienerubber (SBR), the surface modification of acetylene black on conductive properties andmechanical properties.The results showed that sulfur curing system have a higher speed and higher efficiencythan sulfur and DCP composite curing system when the NR is the base material. Theconductive properties of the conductive rubber material enhance with the increased use ofacetylene black.The appropriate amount of acetylene black is parts per hundred(phr).Anincrease in the amount of sulfur is conducive to the improvement of mechanical propertiesand conductive properties,the appropriate amount is1-2phr. RH is not conducive to theimprovement of conductive properties.When the amout of ZnO and Stearic acid are4phr and2phr, the the conductive rubber material have a high processing performance and conductiveproperties.The resistance of the conductive rubber material is increased as the temperatureincreased, showing a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) effect. The heat treatment time and the test voltage have an impact on conductive properties.The conductive properties of the conductive rubber material enhance with the increaseduse of acetylene black and sulfur when the NBR is the base material. The appropriate amountof acetylene black and sulfur is25-30phr and1-2phr.RH is not conducive to theimprovement of conductive properties but is conducive to the improvement of mechanicalproperties. The resistance of the conductive rubber material is decreased as the temperatureincreased, showing a negative temperature coefficient (NTC) effect.The resistance isstabilized with the increase of heat treatment time, the time spent is related to the amount ofacetylene black,the test voltage have an impact on conductive properties.NR/EPDM blending is not obvious in improving the conductive properties. NR/SBRblednding is conducive to the improvement of conductive properties and NBR/SBR bledndingis not conducive to the improvement of conductive properties. KH570to the surfacemodification of acetylene black is conducive to the improvement of conductive properties.The same as sodium dodecyl sulfate,but is not obvious.The appropriate amount of KH570is2-4phr.A small amount of RH can effectively suppress rubber-blooming,The appropriateamount of RH is under2phr. |
