This is a new constructed wetland ecological wastewater treatment technology,construction and supervision and control by the manual, is the artificial simulation of naturalwetland ecosystems, with a purifying effect, removal of N, P and other pollutants capacity,process equipment is simple, easy maintenance, strong adaptability to load changes,engineering small investment, low operation cost, the water has a biological safety, suitablerural environment.Maogang Village wetland system works using grid/grit chamber/regulator pool/anaerobic hydrolysis pool/combined constructed wetlands (vertical+horizontal subsurfaceflow) process. This paper focuses on pretreatment and artificial wetland process selection,design and construction installation,expounds the processing system commissioning, start-upand maintenance management, and records the engineering monitoring water quality data, thisarticle analyses various pollutants in wastewater removal efficiency.The process of artificial wetland treatment system on pollutant removal efficiencygenerally about: SS86.8%, CODcr63.9%, BOD563.1%, TP77.2%, TN76.6%.Pretreatment and use of artificial wetlands brick structures, cell body layer of the practiceof sealing a " three gray four slurry " method, the method can avoid the cell body leakage.The first constructed wetland substrate depth is0.8m,planting Canna generalis, columndistance250mm, line250mm; the secondary constructed wetland substrate depth is0.6m,planting Typha orientalis, Ponnisetum hydridum and Phragmites australis, column distance100mm, line100mm. Because land is limited, the hydraulic loading is selected as0.2~0.6m3.m-2.d-1, the effluent quality is ideal.System operation and maintenance, the key is to control water and water level. For thecharacteristics of decentralized rural water sewerage pipe network re-design and constructionto ensure treated water. Uplift of the outlet pipe by rotating the control level, so that the firstand secondary constructed wetland does not appear harmony water, avoid the surface flow.Constructed wetland treatment system for economic accounting: the water treatmentsystem scale being200m3/d,total area of about1050m2, total construction investment of1.1966million yuan,0.127yuan operating cost/t.The engineering design and installation according to " the anaerobic hydrolysis pool+combined constructed wetland process".By this The system has good treatment effect, is aneffective and appropriate sewage treatment technologies in rural areas, has a good applicationand promotion prospects.
