In order to reduce the pollution of oil casing thread compound to the environment, this paper using the organic resin bond solid lubrication anti-galling coatings to replace the thread compound, choosing PAI resin as binder, MoS2and PTFE as solid lubricating materials, adding other auxiliary materials, developing a kind of organic resin bond solid lubrication anti-galling coatings. The performance of anti-galling and corrosion resistance of coatings were investigated, the main achievements and results are as followed:1. The component of coatings were determined, and the formula were investigated through the parallel test method and mixing formula uniform design method. A new coatings with excellent comprehensive performance was obtained, optimum formula of coatings were PAI:63.4%, MoS2:26.1%, PTFE:9.6%, TiO2:25%of the weight of PAI resin.2. MoS2were graft modified with the silane coupling agent KH550, and the modification process parameters were optimized. The lipophilicity of MoS2powder was best when graft modified by the10percent KH550, the lipophilic degree could reach31.23%, the water absorption time of MoS2could reach44minute. The size of MoS2powder decrease and size distribution range became narrow. The dispersion stability of MoS2powder is also enhanced in coating system.3. Developed a room temperature rapid electrochemical phosphating coating pretreatment process, formed a layer of stable, dense and insoluble zinc ferromanganese phosphating film on the material surface when current density was1.00-1.50A-dm-2, phosphating time was5-7min, the comprehensive M value of phosphating film will be maximum.4. Based on the full scale test, coatings formula was further optimized. The surface of coatings does not appear any obvious phenomenon of galling and scratches after passing eleven times thread galling test. Salt spray test of coatings could reach172hours without any corrosion when TiO2particles were added.
