With the development of life condition, people’s demanding of clothing’s comfort and beautiful property is more and more increasing. On the other hand, With the increasing global market competition and the rapidly developing information technologies, modern companies have to face the difficult problem to meet the market requirements and improve themselves abilities. Therefore, if the garment enterprise wants to obtain benefits from the competition, they must improve the product’s design and development of faculty, Increasing highlight brand style and fighting for great economic benefits for the enterprise.Based on the companies’demanding and actual conditions, the paper combine style design and structural design closely together to research, choosing Me&City brand. Through market investigation, theoretical investigation, experimental analysis and data processing, the Me&City company’s information which is multiple, discrete and empirical is summarized and refined. It makes the garment style characteristics in the structure reflect by means of numeric pattern. Then mathematics model is built. And it set up a bridge between style design and structural design. The main contents of the paper are following.1) The basic theoretic is discussed from the two aspects of the human static and dynamic morphological characteristics. So it provides a theory evidence for structural design in paper.2) Through market research, summed up angle of the career woman’s arm movement, the detail question of the structural design and the question of the style matching. Then the women’s coat style is divided based on above. 3) Describing the purpose of the experimental garments. Putting forward the method of four kinds of structure style the women’s coat, and getting39garment samples with different parameter combination in principle of selecting better parameter and partnership.4) Wearing experiment and evaluation. An evolution is established by static and dynamic measurement. Meanwhile, the static experiment, picture collection experiment and dynamic experiment is carried on.5) The data is pretreated and indexes are selected by Multivariate and Bivariate Correlations. Indexes which can best show the regulation and trend of the women’s coat comfortable and aesthetics are total13.6) Two main factors which are static beautiful factor and dynamic comfortable factor have been abstracted from the13indexes by Principal Component Analysis. The relationship between the main factors and the structure parameter is analyzed by Pre-Correlate Analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process, and analysis of the Obscure Relation etc.7) The regression function among structural parameters and the largest the women’s coat comfortable range, aesthetic coefficient, comfortable coefficient is established by Regression Analysis. And the the women’s coat estimate mathematical model is set up by Regression Analysis.8) Testing model. The mathematical model that was built is tested by making garment. And the results are basically accurate and feasible.The result of research is valid and feasible. It integrates the style design and the structure technology, catering to the trend of small batches, variety and fashionable, personal. At the same time, this paper enriches structure design theories, and explores a scientific way for digital pattern making. It has both academic value and practical value.According to survey, similar study has not been reported in this special field. So it is great significant and will be useful and helpful for further study.
