| This article detailed that a pilot study of formulation and process of25%oxadiargyl Oil miscible flowable concentrate, the physical and chemical characters ofthe preparations were determined.The main course of study were summarized asfollowing:1.Soybean oil which matched with OF was screened from methyl oleateã€theesterification of soybean oil,soybean oil and esterification of turpentine oil.2.Emulsifier,despersing agent,thickener and other components of oil suspensionconcentration were screened and confirmed by the optimized combinationtests.Emulsifier A and dispersing agent B,organic bentonite,and anti-caking C wereselected as auxiliary agent of oil suspension concentration.3.To determine the optimal formulation of OF was consisted of oxadiargyl25%,emulsifier A17%,despersing agent B3%,organobentonite0.8%,anticakeingagent C0.8%and with soybean oil to make up100%.4.To determine the process: the pre-treated oxadiargyl,emulsifier,dispersant andsoybean oil were mixed,then,the anti-cakingagent and pre-treated thickner weremixed,to mix the raw materials with high shear emulsifying machine,with the ratio ofmedia being1:1and grinding2h.Finally,to got sample,the liquid was isolated anddetect the indicators.5.Oil suspension of the indicators were measured in accordance withstandard,and measured indicators were conformed with technical standards of the oilsuspension. |
