| As we know coal occupies a very important position in China’s energy consumption structure.It is the subject in the once-energy consumption structure. With the vigorously development of China’s industry, the demand for coal will continue increasing. However, while the scale of coal mining and coal extraction volume increased year by year, more and more security issues appeared.Among the all issues, the high temperature and humidity mine heat damage is particularly serious.The air compression refrigeration system has been used in mine cooling by some experts.But this traditional air compression refrigeration system faced some problems that can not solve,so this system have not succeeded used for mine cooling system.The problem is unreliable operation and the security of electricity.Because of the shortcomings of the traditional mine cooling technology, they does not adapt to high temperature mine. In order to decrease the harm of high temperature and humidity mine to the miners, we need to do further research and study a new methods to decrease the mine temperature and humidity.And obtained a Chinese patent, a method for coal mine local cooling device, the patent has successfully applied.This article briefly describes the operational principle of the air flow expansion reduce-enthalpy self-coal mine cooling system, and the main advantages of this system compared with traditional cooling technology. The research based on the Stokes equations and k-s turbulence model,then used FLUENT simulation software to study the mine heading face. Then change the temperature or velocity,to calculate and simulate the temperature field and velocity field of the mine heading face. At last,combined with the working principle of the air flow expansion reduce-enthalpy self-coal mine cooling system, analyze the image of the FLUENT and get the suitable supply air temperature and air velocity.We used a project as an example, according to the working principle of the system and combined the best supply temperature and velocity,calculate the main parameters of the equipment.The main parameters include turbine cooler cooling capacity,temperature drop, the amount of air flow, import and export pressure and so on.With these parameters,we can manufacture the equipment and do future research. |
