Aluminum electrolytic cell as the main equipment of aluminum electrolytic production, it is functioning properly or not is not only related to economic and technical indicators of electrolytic aluminium, and affect the service life of electrolytic cell and daily production. In the aluminum electrolysis process, the energy balance and material balance of changing and their mutual influence and restriction, formed the complicated and changeable channel conditions; Causes such as the anode effect, cold bath, hot tank etc. Some fault; Some fault event will bring huge economic losses, and seriously affect the safety in production. As a result, the anode voltage signal as the research object in this paper, through wavelet transform to analyze its processing, find out the characteristics of normal and abnormal groove and compared them, determine the overall characteristics of the slot case information, lay the foundation for further study.In this paper, we selected four slots of eight anode guide rod equidistant pressure drop analysis samples, each slot choose two anode; Through wavelet processing and spectral analysis was carried out on the first level detail signals obtained normal tank anode guide rod equidistant pressure drop in the frequency range of0~0.15hz, anode guide rod fault trough equidistant pressure drop in the frequency range of0~0.2hz; Normal slot had no more than5w, maximum power and power of fault trough values range from18w to120w; Grew up after wavelet decomposition approximation coefficients obtained the curve of the normal anode guide rod equidistant pressure drop curve and generally no more than5mv, the failure of anode voltage curve changes fluctuation is bigger, the maximum of more than1Omv. These characteristic information for subsequent more accurate fault type determination of laid a foundation.Furthermore, with the help of VC++software, SQL Server2000database and MATLAB software developed a simple system, the friendly interface; its main function is to facilitate the management view some production data and curves, such as the history curve query, the results of data processing and report printing. Finally through the test, the system can realize the above function is very good.
