High-pressure acid leaching is the key process in hydrometallurgical processes of nonferrous metal. Due to the complicated process, there is high demanding on the operator. To the new operators, unfamiliar with the equipments and technology, it is probably leading to industrial accidents because of human operational errors. Establish a simulation training system for operator training, which can improve the quality of the operator, reduce and avoid accidents due to human factors, also can increase the capacity of operator handling emergency or abnormal conditions and guarantee the safe operation of the smelter area. Therefore, develop a set of virtual DCS and site simulation training system, has important practical significance.According to the training requirements and testing purposes of high pressure acid leaching regional, from the skills test angle of automation system control, this dissertation designs and develops the virtual plant software of high-pressure acid leaching simulation system. Through simulating the real industrial field, the software and control software make a complete high-pressure acid leaching simulation system. By providing operating environment and operating conditions which as close as the real, repeated training for complex operational procedures, accumulate operating experience, effectively improve the safety skills and emergency handling ability of operators, rapidly train a number of excellent operating personnel and provide security for safety in productionThe main contents of this dissertation are as follows:1) First this dissertation proposed the architecture of high pressure acid leaching system simulation, the characterized of which is made up by the operator station, the computer simulating controller and the virtual plant computer. The functional of operator station is simulating DCS operating station, which running monitor program. The functional of computer simulating controller is simulating the controller, which running the control procedures. The functional of the virtual plant computer is simulating the production process of high pressure acid leaching, which running the process dynamic modeling of high pressure acid leaching.2) According to the overall needs of the simulation system, the dissertation designed the virtual plant software. The contents of the design include the overall design of software, functional design, the design of background model, the HMI design, and the design of the data interface and communication interface, also proposed a novel solution for the data interface, which greatly enhancing the software of openness and expansibility.3) The development of the virtual plant software. Using the programming software Microsoft Visual Studio2005and the communication technology of OPC, finished the development of the virtual plant software. The contents of the development include the development of the data interface, the development of the communication interface, the development of other functions and the establishment of a high-pressure acid leaching process object. Finally, this dissertation completed the package of installation procedures.4) Through the online testing with control software of the simulation system, it can achieve the simulation of industrial process, including the start-stop devices, start up, shut down, the normal condition and fault, etc. Verify that the virtual plant software system meets the training needs, which can effectively improve the safety skills and emergency handling ability of operators, and provide security for safety in production.
