Biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters (BAF) technology is a new type of water treatment technology. It reflect the removing process of organic, SS, nitrification,denitrifying. In this paper,Through biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters technology to treat sewage experiment, we build the response theory of activated sludge model and biological film much matrix model based on activated sludge translation theory and biological membrane mass transfer theory.with the Aquasim language as the foundation platform, we conduct to simulate the biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters technology when it is steady-state operation.In the past,we only consider a single reactor matrix biodegradation, and now we build the ctivated sludge model and biological film much matrix model with the international water association development of ASM1and ASM3. Using the model, we simulate The effluent situation of the whole process. Using the concept of homogeneous reactor, we conduct the biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters reactor model.Using the original biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters technology to treat sewage experiment. In the course of modeling we also measured the biological membrane dry density, active sludge concentration, biological membrane thickness, and reactor on each pollutant indexes in sewage removal efficiency of parameters. Through the sensitivity analysis to the biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters technology model, we found in these parameters, biological membrane surface area, film thickness and some reaction kinetics parameters is of high sensitivity, and others are lower. Through the simulation and experimental results, we compare the measured value and the value of simulation. We check these parameters. After checking, the model simulation value and measured value is on a wide range of match, the result shows that the model can better response biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters in the process of the reaction process, it is credible. And by using the checking model to simulate the two levels of biological aerated filters of the concentration changing and packing of the height of the relationship of COD, NH4+-N, NO3--N, TN when it is in the steady-state operation. And we simulate running effect of the entire process under different working conditions.In this paper the model we built can well reflect the biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters’running effect when it is of the steady-state operation. Based on the study,it supply reliable information for biological flocculation adsorption-biological aerated filters process when we design and it’s running management after.
