Theory and Application of the developing Inorganic-organic hybrid materials rapidly has been widely explored and concerned, they are effectively used in catalysis, magnetism, medicine, materials science, and have good prospects.As inorganic-organic hybrid materials, they build a series of torganic-inorganic hybrid compounds with one-dimensional, two-dimensional, three-dimensional structure of the expansion, combined complexes with the structural units of Keggin through the metals. We discussed the reactive characteristics and the forming rules of molybdenum, tungsten, vanadium species under hydrothermal conditions, and studied the selection of raw materials, ratio, feeding sequence, concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, ligand distance, the length of the ligand and the effects of transition metal-ligand molar ratio of the final structure, researched the principles of molecular self-assembly, and explored the relations of new material structure and properties.In this paper, we synthesized several new product of heteropoly salt using conventional synthetic techniques or hydrothermal synthesis. And characterized the crystal structure by elemental analysis IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction,we made a preliminary study of the thermai stability of the compounds. The main findings are as follows:1. We make multi-molybdate Keggin structure as the basic building unit, under hydrothermal conditions, build a new inorganic-organic hybrid compounds by organic ligands, modification or connection of metal atoms. We succeeded in that4,4’-bipy with the basic building unit are assembled, compounded and hybrid through the metal. And we build two new structures:[Na(4,4’-bipy)2]2[H3O][PMo12O40]·H2O (1)[Mg(H2O)6]2[SiMo12O40]·12H2O (2)Compound1assembled the anion clusters [PMo12O40]3-and4,4’-bipy by alkali metal sodium, a two-dimensional layered structure is formed.Compound2is a new structure that two independent structural unit form. Globular structure is an independent water molecules coordinated structure, Silicon as the central heteroatom and molybdenum with atomic Keggin structure and an independent structure with magnesium as the central.2. With phosphotungstic acid as the basic building unit, we synthesized a number of novel and excellentperformance structure:[Ag(4,4’-bipy)]6[PW9V3O40](3){PW12O40[Ag(2,2’-bipy)]2[Ag2(2,2’-bipy)3]2}(4)[Co(phen)3][V5O14](5)Compound3is linked with4,4’-bipy by the silver atoms, and make phosphorus that it is as the central heteroatom and Keggin structure with tungsten atoms assembled orderly, to form an infinite three-dimensional network structure.Compound4is the four support Keggin structure formed by the silvers atoms and directly to the phosphotungstic acid as a raw material.Compound5is composed of two isolated structures, an independent structure is uniform around a cobalt atom attached to three key elements of Phenanthroline and the other is V-O ball.
