Research On Application Scheme Of Employee Assistance Program(EAP) In DM Coalmine

In this thesis through reasearch on a great deal of literature,EAP was suggested as a newmethod for security management of coal company. Aimed on characteristics of coal companies,the following contents were investigated and anlysised using coal workers of DM coalmine,Tiefa coal group: such as work pressure, pressure management, metal health, need of staff-helpplan and orgnazation circumstance for coal company to execute EAP. Upon this the EAP executeplan was founded, and carry out stratagy, management advice and development direction of EAPwere bring forword.The investment results showes that the metal health level of DM coal mine workers farlower from average level of China. Big work pressure problem commonly exist among staffs andthe efficent management step lacked in work pressure management of DM coal mine. There areneed for coal workers to receive EAP help. Through interview with the leaders, they haverecognized the loss due to work pressure and would like in coordination with simple EAP plan.Upon this the EAP execute plan was founded, and suggestion for EAP management was putforword. There are practice values.
