At present, research on mine vehicle positioning system is not much, technology is weak.Underground electric locomotive position monitoring system based on RFID and ZigBeetechnology is currently a hot topic, but it can only detect the position in a small range and notcomplete accurate positioning and high reliability, it also can not know all running informationof electric locomotive thoroughly and accurately. In the bus communication, RS-485is oftenused for communication, but real-time, flexibility and reliability for data transmission areinadequate.This paper studied a set high precise and reliable underground car positioningsystem. Through gyroscopes and accelerometers inertial navigation technology canaccurately determine the coordinate and speed of the vehicle, mainly researched errorcompensation algorithm,improve location accuracy. Because of the special environment,the system uses the wireless RF module based on CC1100for transmitting the dataunderground, and uses CAN-bus for communication between the underground andground, which enhances reliability and flexibility of data transmisstion comparing with485-bus. The software Kingview is used to simulate the environment, by receiving thedata information to dynamically display locomotives’ position and other information,and has a powerful database and alarm function. The voice communication system is anew voice compression coding/decoding method based on the AMBE-1000. Thismethod can make the digital voice signal highly compressed to save the data storagespace, and is conducive to use in the underground environment.The improved downholeelectric locomotive precise positioning system can realize the precise position and accurate alarm,data communication is real-time, stable and reliable.
