Antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater, generally, has the characteristics of high density, high toxicity, and high salinity, which render processing traditional physicochemical and biochemical method rather difficult. In addition, antibiotic itself has a poor biodegradability, and even has the toxic effect on the microbes, whereby hardly reaching the standard of wastewater treatment consistently. Therefore, the research to explore a new method and technology of processing antibiotic pharmaceutical wastewater with greater economic efficiency has been in urgent need, for the increasingly serious circumstances of environmental protection.Particularly based on the studies of the simulated wastewater of high concentration, this paper tends to research the Ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis/ultrasonic co-treating system-Fenton reagent-flocculation precipitation advanced oxidation combined technology, toward its effect on the degradation of highly concentrated organic wastewater. It explores the optimum reaction conditions of each process section, meanwhile, designing a set of reaction device according to the best process condition, which is used in pretreating the wastewater of cephradine and Gatifloxacin Hydrochloride.The optimal conditions of the process were:iron carbon micro electrolytic stages:initial pH was4.0, the volume ratio of iron carbon to waste water was1:4, the volume ratio of iron to carbon is2:1, each reaction time was60min, micro electrolytic number was2, aerate,the frequency of ultrasonic was45kHz, the power of ultrasonic was80kW, and uses the aeration coordination treatment; Fenton reagent oxidation parameters:the volume ratio of H2O2to wastewater was4%, reaction time was60min, pH was4.0; The coagulation sedimentation process: dosage of PAC and PAM were300mg/L and5mg/L, pH was7.0.The total removal rate of CODcr reached49.06%and58.92%respectively when the combined process pretreated simulation wastewater, the absolute removing of CODcr reached to10400mg/L and20878mg/L; The value of B/C increased from0.11to0.12,0.31to0.33, the lower CODcr by treating, biochemical is good, the subsequent conventional treatment can continue.The advanced oxidation combined processes pretreating high concentration organic wastewater cost little of incineration method,They are economic,effective and feasible in technology,so the combined process have good application value.
