The sheet metal stamping forming as a very important metal plastic formingtechnology plays a decisive leading role in the household electric appliance,automobile,arsenal,aerospace and other manufacturing,by stamping can have convenientflexible and complex shape parts.In order to achieve good quality,which need to overcomequality defect of cracking,corrugate,thin caused by various metal flow resistance.Drawbeadas an important process condition, which can improve the quality of forming throughproviding resistance that is controlling liquidity of the material to avoid forming defects.This paper on account of technical material reference that is collected at domestic andoverseas,exploring a box shape as the main research object in sheet metal stamping ofdrawbead height control technology.Meanwhile making use of Dynaform software tosimulate the best end shape of true drawbead and the influence that various height changeto the product quality.Based on theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and physicsexperiment,thus fitting the simulation results,then contrasting the physical productionexperiment, further validate and perfect the conclusion of numerical simulation Specificresearch topics are as follows:1) By the theory of mechanics analysis, analyzing the force without drawbead andsetting drawbead.Contrast of those force can find out the measures to reduce wrinkle andrupture of rectangular box and the main influent factors of drawbead flow resistance andblank-holder force.2) Designing the orthogonal experiment, making the drawbead’s main parameters asexperiment factors and sheet thickness as test index.By the use of Dynaform software cansimulate the parameters on the influence of the sheet metal forming’s quality,then exploringthe best ends shape of drawbead and the level combination.3) Making use of Dynaform software, simulating constant drawbead height, variabledrawbead height(incremental height, reduced incremental, gradually reduce level1, level2and gradually reduce multi-level way1, multi-level way two) on the influence of sheetmetal forming, finding out regular pattern between the punching height and variabledrawbead height; Through a lot of simulation data, which concludes that relation betweenthe variable drawbead height and variable blank-holder force, thus can get the relationbetween variable blank-holder force and the punching height.4)By the use of physical production experiment can achieve the controlling to variabledrawbead height and variable blank-holder force,comparing the physical experimentresults with simulation results of the forming limit height and the thickness variation.Thenanalyzing the above results.The result of this paper aiming at making up theory basis in the engineering practiceproduction.Instituting curve fitting formula,which to a certain extent can alternate testingmolds and molding in practical production.Meanwhile has the important significance toguide the actual production.
