This article uses the orthogonal experiment method to study the formulation of water-based fire extinguishing agent, extinguishing time as the measure to find the best recipe of A:sodium dodecyl sulfate, B:urea, C:EDTA disodium, D:polyethylene glycol (2000), E:ethylene glycol, F:twelve benzene sulfonate andG:cooked powder. The ratio is80:0:4:20:5:20:16. A further improvement of the ingredients of the water-based fire extinguishing agent according to the shortfall in the formulation research experiments of extinguishing volatile organic solvents, focuses on the tertiary butanol, MnCl2solution, the heat generating inert gas substances, fluorocarbon surface and other additives on the fire extinguishing efficiency, on this basis to improve the proportion of each additive in a water-based fire extinguishing agent. Formulated water-based fire extinguishing agent in accordance with the national standards for all aspects of technical performance test and extinguishing experiment, the results showed that the preparation of water-based fire extinguishing agent fully comply with all aspects of the technical requirements prescribed by the State and extinguishing performance. In order to better play water-based extinguishing performance, improve the efficiency of extinguishing the author uses explosion tossed the extinguishing agent.
