| As the key components of turbomachinery,integral impeller has been widelyused in the fields of aeronautics,astronautics etc.Its quality directly influence theaerodynamic quality and mechanical efficiency.Machining methods, precision andquality all have large effects on the capability parameters.So it has great significanceto carry on the research of multi-axes NC milling machining technology of integralimpeller.Process planning, tool-path planning,5-axis post-treatment etc of5-axesmachining of integral impeller are main contents in this paper,and the NC machiningof integral impeller is comparatively overall discussed.Firstly,with the assistance ofPro/Engineer software,a three dimensional solid modeling of integral impeller isfinished,the curved surface data of blade and wheel hub of integral impeller areobtained,which is the foundation of NC machining.A processing technology plantowards integral impeller is established,the suitable cutting tools is choosed formachining of integral impeller, the processing area of integral impeller isdivided.According to the integral impeller feature and the research of the complexcurved surface before,tool-path planning mechod,which is suitable for integralimpeller,is proposed,feed and anti-feed patterns,tool path patterns,shift patternsare researched in this tool-path planning.According to five-axis CNC machine type with dual rotary tables specified inthis paper, its post processing method are researched to get NC machiningprogramming,and the special post processor for HUAZHONG XHK176five axismachining center is established.At the end,selection principles and selection methods of cutting parameters inNC maching are introduced,using HUAZHONG XHK176five axis NC machine,themaching of integral impeller is accomplished. feasibility of multi-axes machining ofintegral impeller plan in tis paper is proved. |
