| Involute gear is the most basic and widely applied gear, and the level ofdesign and manufacture directly affects the quality of industrial products. Theimportant method of evaluating the gear accuracy is gear measurement. Beacauseof a variety of reasons, the results of gear measurement contain measurementerror and it can’t correctly reflect the gear accuracy. So studing the gearmeasurement error correction technology has important meaning.The normal polar coordinating method is studied to measure the profiledavietion and the helix deviation on the Gear Measuring Center, and the model isdeduced. I analyze the principle of harmonic analysis method and according tothe principle I get the position and size of the eccentric error. The model of theeccentric error correction is created and I do experiment to test it. According tothe spread length of the profile and the gear lead I build the normal polar modelof the profile deviation and the helix deviation, and calculate their measurementstart point and finish point. The motion error and the probe radius error areanalyzed,which are caused by the instrument characteristics, and the correctionformula is deduced. Measuring the radial of the gear spindle and using theharmonic analysis method can get eccentric space coordinate, eccentricity andeccentric initial angle. According to the coordinates,using the space linearequation can calculate the eccentric coordinate, eccentricity and eccentric initialangle of any height. The principles of the profile deviation correction and thehelix deviation correction are studied, and according to the eccentricity andeccentric initial angle the eccentric correction formula is deduced.The error correction experiment is done for the involute sample and thestandard gear with using the normal polar coordinating. The profile deviation andthe helix deviation are measured, and the motion error and probe-radius error are corrected. I measure the position of the eccentric and correct the eccentric error.The experiment result is compared with the standard result, and the error is lessthan2μm. So it meets the measuring instrument accuracy. The normal polarcoordinating measurement method with the motion error correction and probe-radius error correction is feasible, and it verifies the correctness of the model ofthe eccentric error measurement and correction. |
