Compared to the inorganic semiconductor materials. the organic semiconductors attracted more and more attention due to their advantage in flexible displays, large areas and low-cost fabrication. Although plenty of organic semiconductors with good performance were designed and synthesized, mush less organic materials which possess compromise performance such as the mobility, stability and solubility were report. Herein, we designed and synthesized some silicon-based organic semiconductors, and the main opinion as follows:1. Three kinds of pentacene derivative containing silole ring were designed and synthesized. The introduction of flexible alkyl chain on the silole ring bring a good solubility. The result of UV-vis spectrum indicated that the difference of length of flexible chains have no influence to the conjugate structures. A high oxidation stability was determined for three compounds by electrochemical measurement.2.A kind of spiro-condensed compound orthogonal chromophores was designed and synthesized. The introduction of spiro-condensed structures had a good influence on the solubility. The optical properties was also characterized.3. Based on the buiding block of dithiono-silole. we designed and synthesized two kinds of the silole derivatives.
