As a pillar industry in China, auto industry has been rapidly developed in recent decades. Auto body parts is mostly produced by stamping molding, so improving the technology of sheet metal forming is the key of automobile manufacturing. Numerical simulation could simulate the manufacturing process of parts in development stage, provide the optimal parameters, and provide useful methods of improving work efficiency. On the other hand, one of the factors that consumers evaluate the performance of the automobile is the automobile safety performance, and usually collision tests are done on a single key part because the automobile structure is very complex. Simulation technology has been widely used in automobile R&D stage in simulation parts collision safety performance of finite element numerical analysis, become the indispensable means of automobile development, greatly reduced the development time and cost, and improved the prediction accuracy of product safety.In the environment of energy-saving emission reduction, lightweight vehicles have become an important assignment for each car enterprises, and fruitful results come out with the further study. High strength steel makes the material widely used not only to meet the purpose of reducing body weight, but also improve vehicle safety performance. DP600steel with good formability and collision energy absorption has been widely applied,and be more superior in stamping process performance,compared with ordinary high strength steel. In this topic DYNAFORM software is used to simulate the DP600stamping forming,and the shape is V section beam structure and the cap beam structure.This topic has studied the influence of process parameters such as pressure, radius, thickness of sheet metal to the forming result, and explores the forming of DP600sheet.This topic has much guidance on the die design.On the other hand, at present crash simulation test use sheet metal grid ideal geometry and mechanics of materials provided by the sheet manufacturer parameters, without considering the change of mechanical properties and the geometry of the collision bringed by stamping history.The result is. product performance thus obtained often has a great error between the actual, and There is great error in performance of product forecasting. The ideal grid using simple collision simulation test is not able to precisely obtain the collision performance,considering stress and strain problem and mesh in the forming process of the larger changes. This topic study DP600stamping forming simulation of the cap beam structure and the V section structure, and further explore the the effects of stamping variant history to the crash simulation performance. Summary of the thickness reduction ratio, plastic strain, residual stress and other factors influence on forming the collision simulation. Research on the collision simulation analysis plays a guiding role.At present, there is little of research on the impact of the stamping forming history of DP600material structure, but the application of DP600material in automobile industry is very extensive.So, through the research of this paper, the material DP600’s theory could be improved.and the application of DP600material could be more widely.
