As the development of economy and technology, people’s living standardand aesthetic demand is increasing day by day, the printer, the realization ofthe print device, gets more and more attention of people. In the printingindustry, paper feeding mechanism has always been the research focus ofexperts and scholars at home and abroad. Through the research and analysisabout this type of printer paper feeding system, optimization and improvementof the printing machine paper feeding mechanism are provided as a referencebasis.First, sway downward paper printing machine of mechanism motion isanalysis in this article. Then seven times polynomial is calculated and selectedas a rule of CAM follower, and reverse derivation of CAM mechanism isconducted. The follower angular displacement, angular velocity, angularacceleration, and jerk are achieved and according to the calculated data paperteeth CAM contour curve is obtained. A better understanding of the wholepaper system analysis of the movement is achieved by Simplify movementprocess analysis of the high drive tooth mechanism.Second, using the Pro/E software to create a paper feeding mechanism ofvarious parts of the entity model and assembly, then assumed model isimported into the ADAMS simulation. In ADAMS, dynamics simulationanalysis is carried out on the paper feeding mechanism. The paper toothangular displacement, angular velocity and angle acceleration of the swingarm movement curve of the contact force of curve of roller and CAM areobtained. Therefore, the selected follower motion law and petition thecorrectness of the CAM are verified.This article also use B&K vibration and noise measurement system forprinting paper of various institutions and open-closed armature paper teeth axis, paper CAM swinging rod, wallboard, pass paper drum bearing parts suchas vibration test, the movement rule and the simulation results are consistent,and deduce recursion CAM swinging rod vibration is caused by wall paper. Inaddition to the preliminary inference is a result of high frequency signal andvibration in the process of a certain frequency, vibration or is caused by CAMwear.Finally, using the wavelet threshold demising and multi-resolutionanalysis of the theory of wavelet transform, the vibration test of teeth axis andpass paper drum are analyzed. In addition to verify the simulation results andtest results, the impact vibration produced by the high frequency signal isdeduce due to the main contact with the CAM roller and operate at a highspeed.
