In our country at present, land consolidation is an important measure to promote the landuse efficiency, ensure food security and ecological security at the same time, but from the view of development situation, our land consolidation is still focus on the increasing quantity of cultivated land, we haven’t give enough attention to the sustainable landuse and ecological environment protection in an area. The Three Gorges Reservoir is facing the physical truth of ecological fragile and limited cultivated land resource, at the view of the special ecological environment, in order to improve ecological environment and beautify the rural environment, do some research about the evaluation of ecological benefit and put forward index system are very useful, at the same time, they will make great significance to explore the land consolidation mode accords with the practice of Three Gorges Reservoir.This article starts from the perspective of landuse types, makes the implemented land consolidation projects (from2009to2012) as research objects, it analysis of the changes of land use types and the negative influence to ecological environment, through the combination with literature review and empirical analysis, establishes an evaluation index system of ecological benefits of land consolidation, uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine index weight, Through the comprehensive index method to evaluate score calculation, and gets the following conclusions.(1) Through the analysis of relevant research dynamic status of domestic and foreign land remediation and research status of land consolidation benefit evaluation, summed up the current main problems existing on the evaluation of land consolidation benefits, including:the selection of evaluation index sign is subjective evaluation of land consolidation benefits; in the study of how to use the remote sensing (RS), geographic information system (GIS) and global positioning system (GPS) and other new techniques are applied to the deep connection is still a lack of evaluation; evaluation of land consolidation based on state in the process of evaluation, did not fully take into account the time course of changes;(2) The further discusses the relationship between land consolidation and ecological environment, the soil texture, soil structure, soil fertility through land consolidation can change the certain region, and deeply influence ecological processes of the original surface of plant communities, the farmland landscape pattern and biological diversity also has big disturbance, so the land consolidation potential influence on the ecological environment;(3) Comparative analysis shows the implementation of land consolidation project study area, a total increase of116.58hectares of arable land, of which, because of its small base area of the garden, although only19.60hectares, but the change rate is1.67%, the agricultural land is the most significant. Construction land, rural residential total reduction of82.50hectares, the change rate of-10.51%, rural residential area to reduce the main allocation to farmland, garden, woodland and pond, part of the increase in. Other land, natural reserve to reduce44.08hectares, the change rate of-36.56%, mainly in the2010-2012years in the implementation of the unused land remediation project development, the reduced area of arable land, woodland increased allocation to the main part of the.(4) Through the expert consultation, literature analysis and field survey, the research area land reclamation farmland ecological utility index evaluation index, construction land ecological utility index evaluation index and ecological landscape utility index evaluation index, including the change of cultivated land, residential compactness,>25°slope cultivated land change rate of11evaluation factor; for the weights of evaluation index are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and judgment matrix method, and the consistency check to determine the index weight; construction of evaluation results corresponding grading scores and points-to, ecological utility index and calculating the study area land right after, by calculating the difference before and after treatment to study the ecological utility index land remediation of the ecological benefits;(5) Regulation of land ecological benefit comprehensive evaluation results show that:the study area soil remediation, ecological utility scores of cultivated land, garden, woodland and pond water were increased, the total area of land remediation of ecological benefit contribution value is2.27; residential compactness, residential use intensity score increase, residential greening rate remained unchanged, three of the total in the regulation of land ecological benefit contribution value is1.33;>25°slope farmland, landscape fragmentation score increased, surface hardening rate and ecological protection forest density remained unchanged, four of the total in the regulation of land ecological benefit contribution value is1.19. Thus, to effectively carry out through land reclamation, land ecological effect of various indicators are on the increase, the implementation of land consolidation project can bring a certain ecological benefit for the regional land environment.
