This paper has a current situation investigation of the cogeneration technology at home and abroad, It has studied the feasibility of coal-fired cogeneration technology in liaohe oilfield heavy oil thermal recovery. Cogeneration process design and program design are given, and cogenerator are determined. Cogeneration system are composed of the75t/h circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace and a fluidized bed gasifier, and12mw steam turbine generator set is matched. Circulation ratio is high In order to make the system safe and economic operation to ensure sufficient high temperature circulating materials in the circulating fluidized bed combustion furnace into the gasifier; Using LooP Seal return feeder, the pressure in LooP Seal is the peak of the whole system to guarantee each cycle between solid particles in the combustion furnace and gasifier in the absence of gas channeling; High temperature cut-off valve are arranged on the connecting pipe between the road In the gasifier and two-way returns to ensure the safety of system operation. Finally it has carried on the economic analysis. It provides the feasibility of cogeneration liaohe oilfield thermal recovery of heavy oil block.
