| Metal materials play an important role in exploitation of the sea, but it suffers heavily corrosion in the environment of the sea, the corrosion of metal materials in the sea is1/3of metal materials corrosion. The drilling ship is a necessary toll in the exploitation of the sea, the steel is severe corrodes by the sea water. This issue select from corrosion resistance technology of the production of drilling ship. Through the study, promote the use of zinc coating and aluminum coating in the long-acting protection and a new method in protection of drilling ship against the corrosion of sea water.The zinc coating and aluminum coating were sprayed on the A36steel by electric arc spraying method. The effect of immersing time on corrosion performance of zinc coating and aluminum coating were studied by polarization curve and EIS. The experiments were divided into different stages according the immersing time. Equivalent circuit models were established by EIS. The EIS is analyzed by ZView software; obtain the regular of equivalent circuit element parameters with the factors, drawing the anticorrosive mechanism of zinc coating and aluminum coating. |
