The Real-time Centralized Monitoring And Control System Of Rapier Looms Based On GPRS

In the modern textile enterprises,The large number of rapier looms bring great difficulties in monitoring and controlling the key data,scheduling production and maintainning equipments.When the rapier looms work in high-speedly,the institutions have largely dynamic response,if these parameters can’t be tested and these malfunction can’t be excluded in time,it will seriously affect the efficiency of the rapier looms.Therefore,the monitoring and control system of rapier looms is directly related to the quality of the fabric and the performance of the rapier looms.The rapier looms use cable transmissing mode now.From the actual working condition,it exists many unfavorable factors using wired monitoring and control system,including the inflexible of monitoring and controlling point,the complexity of wiring construction,the high cost and long time.Form the following aspects to research about wireless real-time centralized monitoring and control system of rapier looms in this thesis.1. By comparing several wireless communications to selecte GPRS as the wireless communication system,and propose a new real-time centralized monitoring system of rapier group based on GPRS,and to achieve the monitoring and control of main working parameters of rapier looms.2. Complete the hardware design of the wireless monitoring system,including the selection and circuit design of the power supply、sensors、MCU、RS-485interface、GPRS DTU、OPC server and PC.3. Research the wireless transmission process,detailed design the software part of the system,developing the human-machine interface of the monitoring center based on VB6.0.The rapier looms real-time centralized monitoring and control system based on GPRS can realize the monitoring and control of main working parameters of rapier looms.This system has many advantages,such as wireless transmission long distanc,flexible distribution of monitoring and control points,wiring construction easily,diagnose malfunction in time and so on.The monitoring and control system has a wide application prospects.
