Hospital sewage especially some infectious diseases hospital sewage belongs tohigh-risk source, high biological contamination of sewage, if the hospital sewage can not behandled properly, it will not only result in serious pollution to the water environment, andeven a threat to human health problems. With the rapid development of economy andscience and technology, various diseases emerging in modern society, which will also leadto more and more complex to the hospital sewage, hospital sewage treatment also bringingmore trouble, therefore, hospital sewage treatment the problem is one of the major issues ofmodern society and causes the high attention and urgent.In order to obtain the effective treatment of hospital sewage advantage of functionalbacteria, these bacteria are able to degradation of COD and degradation of ammonianitrogen, the samples were obtained from Tianjin Haihe Hospital sewage treatment plantaeration tank in this topic,19strains of degradation of hospital sewage COD were isolatedby setting low temperatures,61bacteria degradation of ammonia nitrogen in the sewagewere isolated by nitrification medium, and through the self-made reagents according to thecolor reaction screening32strains functional bacteria, and developed a high-throughputscreening method functional bacteria, this method can greatly reduce the time of screeningbacteria to improve efficiency in this process, according to their level of degradation rate ofCOD,3strains with the efficient degradation hospital sewage COD were screened outagain, their COD degradation rate as high as91.37%,93.92%and91.26%, respectively.Then according to the level of ammonia removal efficiency, nitrite nitrogen removal rate,four efficient nitrifying bacteria with the degradation hospital sewage ammonia nitrogenwere screened out again, their ammonia removal efficiency were93.47%,94.69%,91.22%and91.25%, nitrite nitrogen removal rate were57.21%,58.63%,53.32%and53.43%,respectively. Several efficient strains will lay the theoretical foundation for the future studyof hospital sewage treatment and provide the higher application value.These factors which were carbon source, carbon-nitrogen ratio, pH, temperature andshaking speed impact the growth of5efficient functional bacteria. The carbon source wassodium acetate, sodium citrate, glucose, glycerol, sucrose, waste molasses, methanol; Thecarbon nitrogen ratio was15:1,10:1,4:1and1:1; different pH values were5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0and9.0;different temperature were set as at20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃and40℃respectively; different shaking speed is set to80rpm,100rpm,120rpm,140rpm,160rpmand180rpm. Results the suitable culture conditions for growth that5efficient functionalbacteria, carbon source was waste molasses, carbon and nitrogen ratio was4:1, the pHvalue was7.0~8.0, temperature was25℃~30℃,shaking speed was140rpm~160rpm. Then the growth curve of5efficient functional bacteria was made in the optimal conditions,the concentration of5strains of bacteria reached107~109.In order to explore the role of efficient functional flora in the actual sewage andhospital sewage reactor start-up application effect, this paper try to study the Tianjin HaiheHospital. We screened the efficient functional bacteria mixed into the membrane biologicalreactor in wastewater of Tianjin Haihe Hospital, quick start in sewage reactor, the resultsshow that, adopt a variety of effective functional bacteria feeding way, the CODconcentration fluctuated, the average value was110mg/L; the COD concentration wasstable below26.8mg/L, average value was16.4mg/L. The efficient function flora averagedegradation rate of COD reached85.1%, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of thein-water fluctuated between15.8~90.0mg/L, varied greatly, and the average value was42.8mg/L, and the effluent ammonia concentration was stable relatively, the average value was0.93mg/L, the average removal rate was as high as97.9%, so that the full realization of thequick start processing reactor effluent.In order to reveal the structure of community of microbial membrane bioreactor inwastewater samples, obtained from the membrane bioreactor, the total DNA was extractedin the samples, the bacterial universal primers16S rDNA amplified by PCR and16S rDNAvariable District V3amplified, and then PCR products were denaturing gradient gelelectrophoresis, DNA fingerprint of gain characteristics of microbial community inwastewater characterization. Research shows that,5efficient functional bacteria wasscreened the dominant microbial communities in wastewater, which belonged to thedominant bacteria in the sewage, so the application of efficient functional bacteria inhospital sewage treatment was feasible in this paper, the application of the flora effectivelyimproved the pollutant purification efficiency, sped up the system startup, enhanced thesystem stability and resistance to shock loading, provided useful guidance and reference forpollution treatment of hospital wastewater.
