With the increasingly further development of oil field, various kinds of miningtechnology and well stimulation treatment are taking into action, which make the amount ofsludge regarded as the representative of waste production increase and its composition morecomplicated. As a result, it brings difficulties for sludge treatment and even causes accidents.If oily sludge can not be handled in time, it would have effects on production areas and thesurrounding which are of different levels. In addition, the circulation of parts of the sludge inthe dehydration and sewage disposal system, leading to worse dehydration and sewagetreatment condition, the water injection pressure increasing, and thus cause a great loss ofenergy.In this paper, conducting the laboratory seasoning process of oily sludge got fromXingBei District of Daqing, and selecting the best type and amount of combinationmedicament. Within a certain range, the oil recovery rate increases with. And the recoveryrate gradually leveled off, when the amount of medicament reaches a certain value. Conductthe centrifugal treatment of oily sludge in the laboratory, and test the water content, sludgecontent and oil content. We can safely come to the conclusion that the centrifugal speedcannot be lower than3000r/min, or the centrifugal sludge treatment result will be worse.On the basis of modulation and centrifugal processing, experiments on three kinds ofdeep treatment techniques are conducted. Through using microbial to conduct deep treatmentof oily sludge, we get that experiment selected bacterial species can effectively improve theremoval rate of crude oil. The lowest degradation rate can reach64.12%, while the highestcan be up to82.23%. The electrochemical test of oily sludge shows that when using the upand down type reactor and the electric field intensity is3v/cm the best result of oildecomposition and hydrolysis acidification can be realized. The experiment on oily sludgeshows that compared with other similar technology the result of the electric field biologicalcoupling treatment on oily sludge stands out.The successful application of centrifugal process greatly ease the current situation of oilsludge’s pile up in the oil field, realizing the oil sludge reduction and recycling treatment andrecovery of oil in it. In2009and2010, the sludge processing enter recovered a total amountof1567.28tons of crude oil and made a profit reaches3.73326million yuan. The treatment ofoily sludge this paper put forward has reference significance to the production of the oil field.
