Through analysis and research, master the processing status and development trend ofdomestic drilling rig draw works drum of slotted, rig draw works drum structure existing areanalyzed, the advantages and disadvantages about processing overall slotted cylinder, laidthe foundation for the development of new technology of grooved drum and NC program.The structural characteristics of the JC90DB winch slotted drum, with HT200heavymachine tool Siemens840D CNC system as an example, design and development of thedrum groove technology and NC program.
