Membrane Bioreactor For Wastewater Reclamation Study

Urban recycling can solve water pollution problems, sewage can be used effectively to alleviate the water shortage tensions.Recycling of urban sewage is to achieve sustainable use of water resources and essential part of sustainable urban development. Wastewater recycling can bring significant economic benefits,significant environmental and social benefits.The test used to design the integrated A/O-MBR treatment manual preparation of synthetic wastewater,combined with targets inspection system back to COD,BOD5,NH3-N,TN,TP removal of contaminants such as law of the concentration of load, DO,HRT,SRTandMLSS factors such as the impact on the system to remove organic matter,and to explore the characteristics of the sludge and the membrane contamination. Study concluded that:(1) By orthogonal test, combined with the reuse water quality standards and economic energy consumption conditions, determine the optimal parameters of this system is:DO=3mg/L;HRT=4h;SRT=20days;MLSS-6000mg/L.(2) A/O-MBR on the domestic sewage COD,BOD5,NH3-N,TN and color removal efficiency better;phosphorus removal isn’t good,the lack of strict anaerobic row insufficient cause the mud;test with a very good film on the turbidity removal efficiency of SS removal of almost 100%,the system who meet the《Urban recycling water reuse standards》(GB/T18920-2002) requirements.(3) The system is running well during the sludge characteristics,SV3o,SVI value is higher,sludge settling performance is not good,but does not affect water quality.(4) The test membrane cleaning steps:tap waterâ†'acid(1%)â†'Caustic(1%)â†' oxidant wash(0.1%)â†':tap water,after this method on membrane flux could be recovered 81.26%.(5) A/O-MBR has good resistance to shock load levels,the adoption of the DO, HRT, SRT and MLSS on COD of the effluent of the system to know,DO is the most significant factor.(6) In the A/O-MBR wastewater treatment of life achieved good results, the water line of《Urban recycling urban water reuse》(GB/T18920-2002)in the index requirements.This study shows that,MBR in wastewater reuse application entirely feasible and has a broad application space.
