Most of china’s civil airports have adopted the cement concerete pavement,that’s to say the rigid pavement.With the development of national economy and aviation traffic enterprise,the number of traffic is swifter and more violently than before, therefore,analysis of the remaining life of the road and their influencing factors will be helpful to manage an airport and optimize a decision-making. In the meantime,it can provide reliable technology parameters for renovation of pavement surface and reorganization of reinforcement and expansion,and then to decide the time of maintain which is economical and rational,to work out the corresponding upkeep,big or medium repair, reorganize and expanse scheme.However,when people from home and abroad estimate the road,so far the remaining life model of the pavement surface hasn’t been unified. The following thoughts of the remaining life of pavement surface is from Civil Airport Evaluation And Management Of Technical Specification: Firstly, determining the characteristic and parameters of the road foundation and the pavement surface layers, and then they use the pavement designation method conversely, determining the remaining load numbers of the pavement after under the plane’s function. In the method of evaluation,great changes will take place at the result of the remaining life of the pavement surface,even though the concerete thickness and the bending strength have a few changes,but the method of calculation is not perfect,some improvements are need to be done.This article based on the example of the project of the some Airport, Research on this article at the conclusion of their predecessors on the basis of the results,the preliminary evaluation of the remaining life of the pavement surface is researched systematically.The following are:(1)The optimization principle has been proposed by using of the collecting data from HWD;By researching the airport’s actual operation,the average annual run’s number in the evaluation modules and the equivalent conversion method of wheel load area in the finite element analysis. (2)Normative principle is about the process of the remaining life of the pavement surface, estimate the remaining life of the pavement surface and the sensitivity of the concerete thickness and fatigue strength.(3) Through extracting the stress cloud image and the moment image to analysis the method of calculation stress in the plate edge separately,by combining the specification method comparative system study is going on,then the specification method about the remaining life of the pavement surface is improved.
