As we all know, China is a severe shortage of one of the countries of the world’s water resources per capita water resources is less than the world average quarter. The status of China’s water industry:on the one hand the number of urban population on the rise, and increasing needs of urban water consumption; the other hand, the rapid development of urban industries, more and more water has been or is being contaminated. China’s water industry is facing unprecedented challenges. The backdrop of the national energy saving, how to improve the energy efficiency of the water industry to explore out a path of sustainable development has become the focus of attention of our water industry professionals.Looking at the domestic water sector, most of the old enterprises, due to the age-old and obsolete equipment, power supply units have been aging, the water consumption of high levels of drug consumption, severe leakage, poor water quality. Many new and expanded water treatment works, although the investment in the formation of fcs, the dcs, plc, monitoring system, but any contingent can not achieve the purpose of network monitoring, resulting in a waste of resources. As the technology selected properly, the process layout is confusing, and the configuration of the pump unit is unreasonable, making the high cost of treatment plant station unit power consumption, development difficulties. Thus, saving energy saving in the water industry has come to a critical state.Therefore, how to take a scientific approach to the reasonableness of a systematic study of energy-saving operation of urban water supply systems, under the premise of ensuring a safe water supply for the entire water supply system of unified planning, rational distribution, while reducing investment and achieve energy savingthe purpose of promoting the healthy development of the water industry, improve the economic efficiency of the water industry, the social benefits has a positive meaning.Urban water supply systems is an important part of urban infrastructure, to carry out the important task of the protection of urban life and production of water, made a series of successful research attempts by the previous scholars on the optimization of the water supply system, and I In conclusion, the successful experience of previous scholarsbased on the optimization of the water supply system to make new exploration attempt. The research method:the composition of the urban water supply systems of water conveyance pipe network and pumping station part is divided into two types of systems to optimize a class of water intake structures, water treatment structures, and water pipelines, the other including pump stations and pipe network and the water pool as the two types of optimizing the convergence of the transition section of the system to deal with the optimization of the entire water supply system. In the process of solving a class of optimization systems to the annual cost of the target modeling, solving the optimal water lift and annual cost savings; two types of optimization, the pipe network and pumping system into two levels to optimize an optimization that is, the pipe network optimization, we minimize the cost of supplying water for the purpose of optimization, solving the best to send water through the hydraulic analysis, accounting and operating costs, and the best bottled water lift pump station; two optimization optimization in through a pipe network optimization to determine the water to water and bottled water lift, with minimal power consumption as the goal, to determine the pumping station the internal pump to open and combinations, as far as possible to meet the water pump in the efficient operation within.And then select the clear water tank as the medium of two types of optimization of the system model of the entire water supply system, combined with a specific operating data, solving the appropriate clear pool water height value range, the ultimate energy saving achieved by optimizing the scheduling of urban water supply systems.On the basis of the system excellent energy optimization scheduling model and solution methods, and ultimately select a county water supply system, for example, to verify the effect of energy-saving deal with specific engineering application. Application data results show that significant energy savings.
